We are a family owned and operated business – we started as a food truck outside a BP Gas station in Ham Lake, MN.
We have over 10 years of experience in the food industry from working in various restaurants. This food truck/restaurant has been the result of hard work, passion for authentic food, and inspiration by our mother and hometown in Mexico.
